How do we figure home calls are supported by the 800 number. I know how to figure by location and region things. How would we know why the route list is exhausted. Need a quick answer please.

A route list is exhausted when all of the route groups in the route list have been tried and the call did not go through. It could be because all of the trunks were busy. It could be that one route group's trunks were all busy, and another route group in the list is misconfigured.

Route List Exhausted can also happen even for a busy destination if you have the CallManager service parameter set to keep hunting on user busy. There are so many ways a Route List Exhausted may occur that may not be a bad thing. CallManager traces for that time range would need to be pulled in order to see what caused it in that specific scenario.

if you are running with CUCM 9.1.1 and Calls via H323/MGCP GW (non ICT Trunk case) are failing with error "RouteListExhausted & Reason=41" , then CUCM might be hitting with bug CSCtq10477.
