We just upgrade CallManager from 7.02 to 7.1.5 preparing for an upgrade to 11.5. Looking at the phone using RTMT 8.1, several of the devices show as unregistered. However, when we look at the phones using CUCM, the phones show registered. Any thoughts here?

Please check if there is any difference after restarting the following services on the CUCM servers to which these phones were / are registered:
- Cisco AMC Service
- Cisco RIS Data Collector

i am seeing this in 10.5 as well, sounds like a bug to me. functionally it does not seem to have an impact though
