Hi,
when we make out going calls, i want to select second line by default. plz suggest me where i s the settings to be changed in call manager.

Hi,
I dont think this is possible. There is no way to make the second line the primary line..AFAIK (as far as I know)

If you are using CME then you need to apply this command in your telephony-service configuration.

No. the problem is I'm using call manager. if I'm using CME it is the mnetioned commands works.
plz suggest for call manager. if i configure in phone button template as line 2 as NEW CALL will it work?

On the 89xx/99xx series phones, you can "select" a line, and that will be used as your primary line.
However, this is a user-initated action, not a configurable action from the back-end.
There is the logic, though, that if you always want all calls to go out on a particular line, why not make *that* the prime line on the phone...
