Hi there,

Just for information!

im having the exact same error right now in my system, same software version.

Im in contact with TAC right now, did any of you guys get this solved yet!

The problem is that the route point won't register.

I really don't think that, what you see with the service not activated on the subscriber, is an error, i't supposed to be like that, but, the route point should register anyway.

Regards Rolf

Hi Rolf,

Keep posted after the solution is suggested by TAC.

hi Oscar,

is the issue resolved?

regds,

aman

So it's seems that we solved out the problem, in my system, on the publisher, the CTI service was not running. The provisioning service was running, but it is depending on the CTI service.

CTI service was activated, Provisioning service was restarted, and then the CTI route point was restarted, and then it registered as it should.

And now the service is working again.

Yes, I think this bug is documented wrongly.

I have checked it in 11.0 also, this parameter is not there as well.

You should open a TAC case for further troubleshooting.

Suresh

on "publisher" server is running.
Self Provisioning IVR[STARTED]

on "CTI manager" server it exist!!! but is not activated:
Self Provisioning IVR[STOPPED]  Service Not Activated

FYI. by "Serviceability" web page dosent exit Self Provisioning IVR service, so I can not acivate!!!

I had the same issue. Resolved by restarting CTI and Self Provisioning IVR services  on Publisher server. CTI RP registered again.
