Hi guys,
Is it possible to upgrade firmware on one particular phone in cme?? as we can do that in CUCM using phone load option.

To my knowledge there is no way to do this natively in CUCME. Couple of options:
1. Change the firmware version temporarily in CME, restart only the phone you want to upgrade and change the firmware version back to the original. Somewhat dangerous, but should work.
2. Setup a TFTP server on your computer, edit and place a XMLDefault.cnf.xml file with the proper load information in the firmware directory and point the phone to your machine to download the firmware files.

As far as I know there is no way to upgrade the single phone in CME like CUCM wherein you can put the phone load information.
However, you can try the following workaround to upgrade only one IP phone:
1) Download the firmware for 7945 onto router flash.
2) Configure tftp-server flash: <filename>.ext statements under config mode.
3) Under telephony-service define the load for the phone type. E.g Load 7911 SCCP11.8-3-2S
4) Reset the test phone so that it picks the new load.
5) Once the phone load is upgraded successfully, revert back to old configuration.
6) Do your test on the phone and reset it again so that it pulls the old load back.
