Hi Folks, Integrating a CUBE with CUCM V12.0 and I have outgoing calls OK but incoming calls fail. When I do a "debug ccsip messages" I can see that I am receiving a 401 error message from CUCM back to the CUBE thus. Any ideas as its driving me crazy. I thought the authorization was between the CUBE and ITSP not back to the CUCM. CUCM doesn't even ask for any authentication credentials.

Check the SIP Trunk configuration and the SIP Trunk Security Profile in CUCM. It looks like it's expecting authentication.

Yeah thats what I thought as well but there is nothing selected in the sip trunk security profile.

As that is a required setting on a SIP trunk I would say that you're likely not looking at the right place.
The highlighted part is what you need to check.
