SIP: Internal Error

I am seeing the following logs in the gateway, I have an idea that they come from, derived from the fact that we already reviewed codesc, SIP Trunk and we do not see the error:

% VOICE_IEC-3-GW: SIP: Internal Error (RTP Inactivity Error)

% VOICE_IEC-3-GW: SIP: Internal Error (1xx wait timeout):

% VOICE_IEC-3-GW: C SCRIPTS: Internal Error (No dialpeer match):

% VOICE_IEC-3-GW: SIP: Internal Error (2xx, codec mismatch):

% VOICE_IEC-3-GW: SIP: Internal Error (INVITE, codec mismatch):

Those are due to the "voice iec syslog" command. They are very descriptive in nature. Are you facing any call failures ?

I have faults in the calls, when answering there is no audio in both directions, but the call is established.

Attach your router config. Let me review it and see if we can make some config changes.

Ok, send ready.

thanks for the help, I'm waiting.

The RTP inactivity error is because of the following -

gateway
media-inactivity-criteria all
timer media-inactive 10
timer receive-rtp 1200

This is added to prevent any hung calls. Once the IOS detects no RTP for XX period of time, the call is dropped.

Seems like this router is used in a CCE environment. Take logs for the following debugs for a call failure -

debug ccsip message
debug ccsip error
debug voice ccapi inout

did you find a solution to this? We're experiencing the same issues - no audio on calls.

Whats the call flow for calls with no audio.
Did it ever worked ?
A quick live call sniffer on the gateway / sbc will narrow down the problem.
Make sure firewall is not blocking the media ports.
