SIP IP phones waiting interdigit timeout

Hello, we have two CUCM clusters. In Each cluster, we have both SIP and sccp phones.
we have configured a basic one Route pattern ( \+! ) to route calls to the SIP Gateway. Only one route pattern exists in the CUCM cluster. When dialing from sccp phones to the numbers it's okay, phones immediately route calls to the gateway.
But from SIP phones themselves, it waiting about 15 seconds,s and then the user hears a call was placed. It does not matter the user is dialing the method. Both dialing methods SIP phones waiting for interdigit timeout then placing the call. This is happening in both clusters, any suggestion on why are sip phones waiting for interdigit timeout?

Hi,

configure \+!# route pattern to stop inter digit timeout.

After dialling full sting number dial # it will stop inter digit timeout Or check urgent priority on the route pattern to route call immediately once pattern matched.

So # is use for stop 15 seconds inter digit timeout.

@Sadav Ansaritthanks for your reply, we have a translation pattern that is intended to stop interdigit timeout. But the problem is still there.

So where you translate 000.!# ? Did you dial number and enter # end of the number ? What was the output same like before or something else?

Which gateway are you using ?

Can you share your route pattern configuration ?

Check the urgent priority on RP then see the behaviour if not work then change RP /+!# hope it will work.

As I have RP 0.00!# in our infrastructure to route call in international number so it’s working when we press # on the end of full sting number.

As Nithin already suggested it’s may be hitting below bugs.
