All,
Ive setup a fairly SIP Trunk between 2 CUCM clusters and I when I attempt to send calls across it I am getting a Error 503 on the SIP Trunk.
Basic IP connectivity tests have been done and everything looks OK.
Any ideas what I should do next please?
Thanks
D

Can you please share the SIP call trace from INVITE to 503?

Hi,
You will need to check the config of SIP trunks on both clusters and also the Route patterns. Please ensure that the destination IP addresses are correct and the CSS for Incoming calls settings on SIP trunk has access to the DN that is being called on that cluster. If possible share the screenshot of the Route pattern and SIP trunks from both sides.

********* send call across SIP Trunk
DP=DP_HQ
CSS=CSS_HQ-Local
Destination address 10.1.2.10 (CUCM 6)
translation pattern
1120 xlate t0 3000 (vm hunt Pilot)

Can you add some SIP traces to this post, I d like to see what your calling CUCM is sending. As its obviously sending something your receiving CUCM doesn't like.
