Hi all
We are using SNR (single number reach), but when I'm busy with my IP Phone, and a second call comes in, it will extend to my mobile phone.
I have the following configuration for my Line: (I have two Devices, one Hard- and one Softphone)

If I'm busy with my Hard- or Sofphone, the SNR should not forward the call to my mobile phone.
We have a CUCM 8.6.2 System...
How can I configure this?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Pascal

So what you're saying is that your line doesn't have your mobile phone number under the Call Forward Busy? If so, are you using Remote Destinatin Profiles?

If you're not using Remote Destination Profiles did you have Unity (or a third party voice mail system) send the calls to your mobile device?

Hi
Right, I don't have my mobile number in the "Call Forwar Busy" field.
We use RDP with Remote Destination and the RD is my mobile phone.
We have Unity but its just for VM and not to forward calls.

Pascal,
The reason why your mobile phone is ringing is because of RDP. If you don't want to use RDP when you are in the office than you can turn off your mobile connect using the mobile connect softkey.

Hi Pascal.
Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same problem on my 10.6 system. RDP DN busy trigger is 1, but a second call gets bridged to the mobile?
