Hi Guys,
My Customer is changing the CallManager verson 4.1 to 7.1. I used the DMA and I have the following doubt: My Customer using the Service Attendant Console, I need to download of pluging about Attendant Console the CallManager 7.1 or it worked with the software previous (Version 4.1)

You always need to install the AC from the version you're running.
If you're running 4.X, then download and integrate it to that version.
If you're on 7.X, then download and integrate to that version.

Yes, any plugins you had on 4.X and want to use after the 7.X migration need to be updated.
