Hello

Some of outbound calls through CUBE drop 

Call Flow

CUCM----CUBE----SIP Provider 

Calls dropped by receiving "Request Terminated from SIP Provider" as below

what may cause this issue ?

Hi,
if the provider is disconnecting the call, you have to ask the provider. Nobody else can answer this.

I agree with @b.winter. Check with your service provider as they are the one who disconnects the call.

As mentioned by other members, check with your ISP.

If you share the logs for working and no working  we might be able to through some light.

"487 request terminated" suggests that a request was terminated by user or application. It can also be sent by UAS(in your case it's called side-ITSP) to client(UAC-Your calling party), after client sends a CANCEL request. If you can send the complete log, will be able to determine.
