We use StorageCraft (SC) backup for our enterprise which support RHEL 6. We were interested in using SC to perform a full backup of our call manager which is on 11.5.1. In order to install the SC solution we would need to drop down the RHEL root. Is this not possible? Is this not recommended? We currently backup SFTP but the SC virtual boot is a nice feature that would get the call manager back online within a few minutes if we ever had the need.
