I want to change the timezone in CUCM 10.5 but following commands are not working:
show timezone list
show timezone 232
Please advise

I'm having problem installing the file ciscocm.dst-updater.2015g-el6-00.11.0.1.cop
There is any services that I should shut down for it?
The SDKList.txt file doesn't exist. Please re-run the tool with -Ddiscoveronly=true option to generate the list of SDKs.

It says "Before installing this DST COP file you must install ciscocm.RTMTTz-updater.2015g-el6-00.11.0.1.cop.sgn or be running a release that contains CSCuw64866" - DST/TZ data upgrade with 2015e - RTMT.
In the "Installation Instructions" I could see following
