 "Set timezone 232" is't working.

following CLI command: show timezone list.

admin:set timezone 232

Critical error, unable to read timezone file: /tmp/tzlist

Executed command unsuccessfully

Hi Waqas,

suggest involving TAC .

I tired running show commands in my CUCM 10.5 and are working fine.At least that output should come.

regds,

aman

Hi Waqas,

Aman is right to suggest opening a TAC case [+5]. It looks like the you are running into an issue where the size of tzlist file is zero and it needs to be verified and corrected using root access which only TAC can do.

Appled following cop file to CUCM server and issue is fixed.

ciscocm.dst-updater.2015a-el6-00.10.5.2.cop.sgn

Thanks for sharing the info with us (+5)

Regards

Hello Waqas,

I have the same problem here, I tried to download the ciscocm.dst-updater.2015a-el6-00.10.5.2.cop.sgn, but is not longer available for download.

I don't have support with the contract, just downloads.

There is any other way?

Thanks for your help.
