anyone having an issue with opening Exported Files with TranslatorX?

I generate call filters for a particular call - select Export Details - save a file to have one call as one file(to save adding the filters again and waiting for details to generate if its a very large file)

When I go to reopen this file in translatorX - it only loads the whole file as one message

Tried pasting direct from the text file into translatorX and same issue

I compared the messages from exported file and message in SDL file and they are identical

you saying, when you use RTMT and filter the call log on one call, save it, then open that file in TranslatorX, you see other calls in that file as well?

If so, that is normal

Please remember to rate useful posts, by clicking on the stars below.

collect files using RTMT

Open in TranslatorX

use filters to find the call

select Export Details - file gets saved with only the call that was filtered out

then when you try open the exported file in TranslatorX, it opens the whole file as one 1st messagex.jpg

Just got a response from the translatorX team

Re-importing the exported details files is not supported yet

It's on their to do list

Is it possible that the current version isn’t working with Cisco Callmanager Version 12.x?

TranslatorX Version = 11.5(2) build 5

Cisco Callmanager = 12.0.1.21900-7

If I try to open the calllog files (e.g: calllogs_00000019.txt.gz) I got an error message. If I open it with the notepad I can read the log.

did you get this resolve? Not sure why this program can't open .txt, ,gz logs?
