Scenario is this
SiteA
SiteB
External/Internal call into SiteA to general number. User needs to transfer call to SiteB users Voicemail using the TrsnfVM softkey in CME.
VPIM networking is configured between SiteA and SiteB
users are configured as remote users. Callers receive their is no mailbox for that extension on this system.
Regular voicemail functions work fine.
Config below

name SiteA
voicemail phone-prefix 1
voicemail extension-length 4
voicemail vpim-encoding G711ulaw
voicemail spoken-name

remote username wwww location 222 create
remote username wwww phonenumber "2113"

Hi,
I see you are missing these:
ip domain-name
ip name-server
you must have dns for VPIM to work

name-server is configured. For the email domain, using the IP address.
The issue is the call comes into cue from the traces as the extension of the remote users and CUE doesn't know to route it to the remote mailbox using the "TrnsfVM" softkey

Hi,
Try to test it using FAC and check your traces
If not work, Then think for some limitation at this point
