Have a potential customer that fits nicely in a UC540 platform. Besides having
7965 phones ont he desk they are looking for a soft phone that will work on thei Windows 7 64bit system.
The IP Communicator 7.0 is not supported there.
So I am wondering if anyone has tried to use some of the third party SIP softphones?

Hi Richard,
ip communicator 7.1.5 is supported on windows 7
for 3rd-party phone you can search for X-Lite to be registered as 3rd-party SIP phone

Actually CIPC 7.0.5 is supported on 64 bit, and known to work fine.
