UC520 Hunt group configuration

I am struggling with a hunt group config.

The customer wants the main incoming line to go through 7660, 7675, 7674 then voicemail if unanswered.

I have achieved these steps through:

Only problem is... it doesn't work!

When I phone in on the main line and a user picks up the call at 7660, I dial in again from another phone and get the busy (engaged) tone?

list 7660, 7675, 7674

The customer wants 7660 to ring first and then hunt through the list if not answered or busy

longest-idle will not achieve this

Brendon can you try reduce the timer on the hunt pilot to

timeout 12, 12 12

Test again.

Also what happens if you make 7675 the first phone in the list and then test to se if the call hunts to the next phone when that phone is busy

The issue was with my number translation.

The incoming number 5429010 was being translated to 010.

Then number expansion was taking 010 and sending it 7660.

I changed this tio send it to 7656 and all worked perfectly!
