Hello,
I have a problem with the UCCX which displays error on the Backup page as per the attached:
• UCCX System version: 8.0.2.11003-10
• Installed on Linux
admin: show version active
Active Master Version: 8.5.1.10000-26
Active Version Installed Software Options:
No Installed Software Options Found.
Note that the screenshot is a new status: ( the old one was showing “backup in progress” always for two weeks )

Have you tried restarting the Cisco DRF Master and Cisco DRF Local services? It's on the Cisco Unified Serviciability UI Tools > Network Services menu.

Like Jonathan said, restart these two services from Network services...if not i have seen sometimes you have to reboot the server to clear this up...

Ok thanks I will try that, but will restarting those services have any effect on the system? Will there be any downtime?

No, restarting the DRF services will not be service impacting, at least in theory.
