I am fairly new to UCCX and would like some help setting up a UCCX system. I have a client that has purchased UCCX 8 and they would like to setup a simple queue so that they can monitor peoples hold time. Are there any kind of A - Z guides that would walk me through the setup and configuration of not only the basic UCCX system but then also how to go about creating the queue and setting up the people in the queue?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

this is alink for all the end user guides , go to uccx 8.0 and you find a book for the agents , supervioser and admin plus the scripting, choose whatever you feel you need.
