uccx application user and password.(urgent)

Dear Team ,

One of the client have forgot the username and password of the UCCX application.

I tried to find in CUCM enduser but failed as there is no proper description for the UCCX.

Can you please guide me ,how to find the uccx application user and password (i thinkg from cucm enduser).

What version of CCX?

There's nothing special about the user in CUCM that would allow you to find it.

From the UCCX server CLI, you can run this to see the 'AppAdmin' username, then reset the pw in CUCM:

show uccx appadmin administrators

By changing the password ,it wll effect any thing?

It may not be available on your version, I'm on 8.5.1.11003-32 and it is.

The password should not affect anything else.

You could try instead setting a new appadmin user with ''set uccx appadmin administrator'

OK - what about these:

utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password

These are available but by changing both username and password may effect the IVR or Agent as server is in production ?

The command sets a new administrator - since you don't know the current administrator there's nothing more to break?
