Hi Networkers,
I changed my uccx 8.5 axl ip from 192.168.238.5 to 192.168.238.6. I entered following command in CLI.
set uccx provider ip axl 192.168.238.6
Cisco Unified Communications Manager IP is set to 192.168.238.6
Command Successful.
Then restarted the server and tomcat.
I created axl application user. When I tried to log into the UCCX admin using the end user created in CUCM admin. Got a error message :Invalid username/password.
Please let me know the next step after changed the axl ip.

Hi Niran,
There are known issues with 8.5 and changing the AXL provider, check out the following bug:
CSCtv17288 - Changing UCCX AXL Provider Yields 'Invalid Cisco Unified CM credentials'
Workaround is to contact TAC and get them to use the CET Tool to reset it (requires root access).
