I have some questions about ordering UCS
I used Dynamic Configuration Tool (DCT) to make a BOM of:
- CUCM cluster (2 servers)
- 1000 users
- UCSS 1 year
--> So I got 1 UCSS contract. I check this contract by Product Upgrade Tool (PUT), and I have 2 software upgrade licenses available to order (yes, this is good, because I order UCSS for my 2 servers)
Now, the UCSS contract is going to be expired (when it passed 1 year). I want to order another UCSS 3 years for my customer for the same CUCM cluster and users.
What should I do? If I order an UCSS top part level, does it match with my old UCSS? How many software upgrade licenses will be available for order in this new contract?
Please tell me if you have any experience on this. So much appreciate!
