One of our user is unable to dial out and receive any calls.
What are the items that needs to be checked. Please advice.

what calls are getting affected is that user is not able to dial out and recieve call (Internal or External), if you using call manager. Please check the partition and Calling search space of this user.

Hi,
First of all restart the phone once.
After restarting the phone,check the status on the display,IP address of the phone received.
As Nadeem said check with CSS and partition.

I checked and moreover it is a AD sync'ed users.
Everything looks fine. When they call it says the call cannot be completed as dialed.
What that does mean.

That the problem is with your CSS and partitions. Look again.
