Hi Folks,
Hope you are doing well
I need to create a subscriber node on a seperate ESXi host of our existing CUCM pub running on be6k, issue is I am unable to find the exact system version we are running in the downloads section of cisco systems,
It is System version: 8.6.2.21900-5
Vmware details are :
VMware Installation: 2 vCPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5506 @ 2.13GHz, disk 1: 80Gbytes, 4096Mbytes RAM
Its running along with CUC and CUPS on a C200 M2 Platform

Hi,
Though 8.6.2.21900-5 is available on Cisco Download, it wont be useful for you as you need a bootable.
USE PUT to order
Please rate and mark correct if helpful

Hi Syed,
On cisco.com you would only get upgrade file not bootable, you will have to request toobale from TAC, or you can get it from you BE6K datastore if you have it there.
Steps to download bootable from datastore if it is there.
To place \ download the supported application ISO images and OVA templates in the datastore:
All of the supported application ISO images and OVA templates are placed in the datastore.
The Datastore Browser - [datastore1] window displays.
