Hi,

Though 8.6.2.21900-5 is available on Cisco Download, it wont be useful for you as you need a bootable.

USE PUT to order

Please rate and mark correct if helpful

Hi Syed,

On cisco.com you would only get upgrade file not bootable, you will have to request toobale from TAC, or you can get it from you BE6K datastore if you have it there.

Steps to download bootable from datastore if it is there.

To place \ download the supported application ISO images and OVA templates in the datastore:

  1. Click the Configuration tab on the <IP address> - vSphere Client window.
  2. In the Hardware pane, click Storage.
  3. In the Datastores pane, right-click the datastore1 icon and choose Browse Datastore from the popup list.

All of the supported application ISO images and OVA templates are placed in the datastore.

The Datastore Browser - [datastore1] window displays.
