Unable to have SSH in Prime Collaboration 10.6 Assurance

Hi All,

We installed the Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.6 . We got the below error while access from the firefox.

"Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key". We have done the workaround as mentioned in supportive documents.

But we couldn't take the SSH from Putty client. No Network Issues. Both Server & client are in the same subnet. Kindly advice.

From Prime Collaboration 10.6 Quick Start Guide:

"You can login through SSH using port 26 for Prime Collaboration Assurance and port 22 for
Prime Collaboration Provisioning."
