We have configured Cisco 7841 IP Phones and 88XX series IP Phones.
1 We are able to make concall internal numbers IP Phones properly and call log list numbers.
2 Not able to make concall on external numbers by inputing manual numbers: When we try to manually dial second number to make conference call on external mobile or STD number from IP Phones at that time IP Phone is not allowing to type more than two digits to dial. ( 9 is access code and other mobile number 1st digit)
3 Able to make concall on external numbers using call logs list: When we are making conference call on any external mobile or STD number
4 Able to make one to one external calls.
calling number: 4503
called number: 9082762123
second number: 9095762028 ( but able to dial access code number 9 and after that one digit - not allowing dial more didit)

Thanks for the reply.
1 I am able to external call from IP Phone ( one to one call).
2 But not able to take con call second number from IP Phone.( only taking two digits after that getting busy tone)
3 Checked DNA and showing that call is routing properly and one to one call is working. also able to take con-call from IP Phone call log list number.

Go to CUCM Administrator page>>System>>Service Parameter and check Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Conference).
