Unable to send FAX using ATA 187

Hi,

I have ATA 187 running with CUCM 7.1.5....I can receive FAX without any issue, but unable to send FAX at all....Why that so?? Is that a bug with ATA 187?? Can someone guide me...

Hi, did you check on the CSS for the fax DN number ?

it may be restrictions for placing calls. if not sure with the CSS, use the none CSS and test.

can you call form ATA?

if its possible , dial the fax number which you want to send fax nad hear the fax tone, is it ok? and can you listen to handshake tone?
