Hi Sham,
I have checked the snapshots .In above snapshot,1vCPU is there while in the bottom one , it is showing 2 vCPU.
For Unity Connection VM one CPU core must be idle/unused (it is actually being used by ESXi scheduler).

This could be one of the cause.

Hi Shamkumar,
It appears you're upgrade file is the unrestricted version, more than likely you need the restricted version.

Hi there,
The error shown in the first attachment may be the cause;
Error encountered:This server is not supported for use with the version of Unity Connection
you are trying to install
You'll need to check the specs here;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/9x/supported_platforms/9xcucspl.html
Cheers!

Hi Sham,
I agree with Mr. Rob since the snapshots which u have pasted do not show anyhting related to RST/UNRST version.It points to server incompatibility.
can u share output of show version active from CLI of UCxN or first page of Unity connection from GUI?
For RST version : UCSInstall_UCOS_8.5.1.13900-5.sgn.iso
For UNRST version: UCSInstall_UCOS_UNRST_8.5.1.13900-5.sgn.iso

Hi Rob,
I compared existing vm hardware which i am trying to upgrade to 9.1 by deploying new ovi template of 9.1 version from Cisco..I dont see any hardware compatibility issue coz i have more resources than min requirement for version 9.1 so i guess hardware is not the issue but as per server it says server not supported.
For your reference I am attaching both template i.e. 8.5 upgrading to 9.1 and ovi from cisco 9.1 vm resource summary
Please compare and assist me please.Thank you.
