Unity Connections Enrolled/Not Enrolled Users

On Unity Connection 8.5, on the User Basics screen (the 1st one) of any given user, there is a check box for “Set for Self-enrollment at Next Sign-In”.

Is there a way to get the system to tell you who still has the box checked (meaning the user has never enrolled)?

I tried using the export option, but the field is not exported

Scott,

     In Unity Connection there is a report available that will give you the detail you require.

     Have a look in the Admin Guide for the 'Unused Voice Mail' report, this give you what you need.

Hope this helps,

Craig

In addition to Craig's response, I would like to point you to this site:

http://ciscounitytools.com/

It has loads of great software utilities that will increase your administrative capabilities on CUC.

To include this little gem, which allows you to export specific options for your users, including the set self enrollment checkbox, and it's value:

Hi Rob,

I encountered a problem when I ran the user data dump. I can generate the report by manual, but fail when I add the schedule task for it. The detail command for schedule is  "C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Unity Connection\User Data Dump\Unity Connection User Data Dump.exe" /Silent=[192.168.11.35]. The 192.168.11.35 is my unity connections server IP. And, my untiy connection is v8.5. The client I had tried xp/2003/vista. Do you have any suggest for me about this?

Best Regards,

Rulan

Hi Scott,

Just to add a note to the great tips from Craig and Anthony (+5 each guys)

For Unity Connection

There is a perfect tool for this type of report. We have used this to search for the same "setup" info

Check the  "Set for First Time Enrollment" and "Voice name Recorded";

Connection  User Data Dump (CUDD) Tool

The Connection User Data Dump (CUDD) is a  Windows-based remote database administration tool available on the Cisco  Unity Tools website. CUDD allows you to export specific information  about users to a file that can be viewed or imported into another  application, such as a database utility or Microsoft Excel. When the  data is exported, the tool automatically creates a header row that lists  the data type found in each column of the output, for ease of import  into other programs.

Here is a sample (where the 0 under first Time Enrollment means the user has

completed the setup and 1 means they have not gone through the Enrollment steps)

The tool is available from the "Superb" Unity  Tools site;

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/UserDataDump/UserDataDump.html

From the  Help Notes;

Requirements/Special  Notes

This  version of User Data Dump runs on Windows XP/2000/2003 or Vista.

***This  version of User Data Dump only works with Unity Connection 7.0(1) or  later.

Cheers!

Rob
