trying to setup voicemail on our new CCME system but every time i call voicemail i get a busy signal. i pretty sure i have the setup correct for dialing into the the voicemail. when i do a "sh license status application" in the CUE command line i get this:
voicemail disabled, no activated port license available
ivr disabled, no activated ivr session license available
I'm suppose to have 2 licensed sessions, and i am wondering if having to install the unity express software on the module(did not come with the unity express OS) somehow wiped that out?

Hi Mbuyarski,
looks like the Voicemail license and port license is not activated.
Use the following command to check the current status of the license
show license in-use
If you have 2 voicemail and 2 port licenses, then use the following command to activate voicemail license
license activate voicemail mailboxes 2
license activate ports 2
then save the config and reload the module
Once the module is rebooted, use follwoing command to check if license is active or not
show license in-use

our partner is saying the unity module comes with 2 licenses, but i'm guessing since the unity module did not come with any OS loaded that i had to load on it that maybe it didn't have those 2 we were suppose to have pre installed.
