Hello All,
CallManager: Version 8.0.3.21900-8
I was editing the "Service Name" for a IP Phone Service and trying to update the subscription...
After editing the text in the "Service Name" and "ASCII Service Name" Fields, I then clicked the "Save" then "Update Subscriptions" buttons and after about 30+ min now the name has still NOT changed on the Device's Config page for "Subscribe/Unsubscribe Servcies".
i.e. If I navigate using this below, I can see the name is still the same as before:
Device > Phone > Find Device w/ Service > Click Related Links: Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services > Go
I'm confused why it's taking so long for the change to show since the Service is ONLY used on one device, so wouldn't it only need to be updated in that one location..? Or are ALL services updated when you click that button?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
Thanks in Advance,
Matt

Hi Mathew,
Look like you're having a DB syncronization problem between Pub and Susbriber or round trip delay between server is not what cisco recomended.

Hey leosalcie, thanks for the reply!
Ok, the DB Sync problem sounds like a good possiblity. But I'm not sure what you mean by "is not what cisco recomended"?
Are you saying that Cisco doesn't recomend a delay between the Pub and Sub? If so, I never choose to have a delay ...?
Anyway thanks again for the reply.
Thanks,
Matt
