Hi,
DMA download link and usage instructions are available at the following link. You will first need to build CUCM 7.X on MCS and upgrade it to 8.x / 9.x on MCS depending on whether your MCS server supports it. Then take a backup and build same version on UCS and restore the backup. Detailed procedure is available on callmanager install and upgrade guides which you can get by using google search.

Hi ,
you can download the DMA tool
http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=282421166&flowid=45895&softwareid=282074290&release=7.1(5)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
but with DMA , you can go upto call manager 7 only.
you can also refer the upgrade path to desired call manager version by referring software compatibility matrix.
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/ccmcompmatr1.pdf
But what I suppose BE7K comes pre-loaded with CUCM 9.1(2). Also, whether BE7K supports CUCM 7.1(5) is not clear.
you can speak to cisco SE for more details.
