Verint on-demand Call Recording.

We are currently recording all calls between CUCM 10.5 and Verint 15, which is working fine. I need to set up on-demand recording for a group of users but I don't know what soft-keys or buttons are available to allow the users to use this feature. Has anyone used this particular feature before?

Hi, Jonathan. 

 

I have received documentation from Verint but is not detailed on how to set up the Cisco side. I'm told that it does work, but they aren't very forthcoming with details. I do have a softkey template with the record button on it and we are recording successfully on the Verint system. I need to get back to the lab and work more on it.

Still have issues? Dont forget the change the profile on the line for the voice recording.

You will have 3 options..


Automatic

Disabled

Selective

 

Use selective and then your soft button will work
