Dear Members,

I am facing a problem when video call is made between Cisco IP Phone (8865 registered on call manager version 12.5.1) and Huawei IP Phone (which is registered on Huawei IMS). The video gets stuck on the screen of the Cisco IP Phone after every 15 minutes.

Call flow is below:

Site A------------>          Site A-------------->     Site B-------------------------------->     Site B

IP Phone                       Cisco Call Manager         SIP Trunk b/t SBC & Call Manager                Huawei IP Phone

Registered on CUCM                                                                                                             Registered on IMS

(SIP)                                                                                                                                          (SIP)

what troubleshooting steps are required to fix such kind of issues. does anyone faced similar issue. your support in this regard will highly be appreciated

Hi,

What codecs are used? Try to change the codecs and see if it works. I have
seen similar bug with video when audio codec was iLBC 24.

Also, is it exact 15 mins? Enable debug ccsip message and see what happens
at that moment. You might be having an interopert issue where one party
sending a message that is not acceptable by the other one and causing this
freeze.

Is there any xcoding to DSP resources involved in the video calling.? That
can be another issue.
