I have virtualized CUCM on ESXi and now I don't see any "version active". However on Production CUCM I see a few version active.
Why have disappeared?

Hi,
the snapshot shows Call Manager version which is installed in the active partition.
for ESXi version, u can login through vsphere client and get the detailed version

If you mean you see more things listed when you do a sh version active, that's simply because you have installed those in a cluster, but not on the other.

8.5.1.10000-26 is the active CM version only. You might be able to see something else as well on production CM when you run that command but that might be some cop files etc that you have installed on the server for some purpose. There is no issue in the output that you have pasted here.
