in Cisco UCM release 8.6 how to learn visual voicemail version?
İf visual Voicemail is same with Cisco UCM (call manager) how to downgrade visual voicemail versiton to 7.1. Because we have 7965,7945 ip phone models and this model is works with visual voicemail release 7.1.
Is there any configuration example about visual voicemail?

I have condfigured visual voicemail.
when click to "Visual Voicemail" services on cisco ip phone (7965).
faced with the extension:
password:
write the extension and password. bu faced with the "cannot sight in. Incorrect extension or PIN".
Bu ı am able to call voicemail via phone (with same extension and pin can login to voicemial)

Please upgrade your ip phones firmware to atlease 91.1. and it will work.
If the phones are using a firmware version earlier than 8.5(2), you must update to 8.5(2) first before updating to 9.1(1)

The phoe firmware is 9.2(1).
Visual voicemail and standart voicemail pilots using same voice mail ports. maybe problem is related this?
Is there any configuration example about visual voicemail also.

The passwords should be the PIN you enter when you login via TUI as well. If the service comes up and prompts you to enter it there is nothing else that is needed, and perhaps there is an issue with the PIN you are entering. See the following link for steps to configure VV:
