VM with hunt group

Dear Expert,

I have one scenerio,there is 15 phones configured in a hunt group and suppose someone calls on huntpilot number and if no one picks up the phone that call should go to voicemail and MWI should flash on all the 15 phones so that anyone can listen theat voicemail.

Remember second line option is not on any of these phones.

if anyone find the solution,pls post the steps.

You can build alternate MWI/alternate extensions in Unity for the mailbox, but I believe it is limited to only 10 alternate extensions. The issue of course would be that if the phones need individual mailboxes as well that would not work.

What you are looking for really warrants a second line on the phones for optimal user case.

If you are ok with everyone getting a copy of the voice mail, you can create a distribution list in Unity and add the 15 users to the list.
