Hello,
I am a beginner in Cisco phone system.
I wanted to create a "prompt" .wav type voice message to integrate it into an UCCX script.
I need some help for these actions :
I wanted to know how to register this message, save this message, send it and retrieve it? (eventually using my Cisco phone).
Thank you for your help.
Lina

Create a new call handler.
Go to Recorded Name
Put your extension number, so unity will call the extension once recording completed save it.
once you saved you will get option to download.

Do you have a unity connection server, if yes you use call handler to record by calling to your deskphone. You can also save the recording to your PC.

Once you have recorded the greeting into Unity go into that mailbox then the appropriate greeting. Edit > Greetings > Standard, Holiday, Busy...You will see a player toward the bottom of that greeting page. There is an Upload and a Download feature on the left side of the player. Download the greeting to you PC.
