when calling voicemail get busy signal

Hi to all,

I have a CME with CUE as a service module on a 2900 router. Everything works ok but the voicemail when caling or someone wnat to go to Voicemail gets a busy signal....

Tryed to debug ccsip messages

and got a Sip 2.0 Internal error 500 on the lines. Dial peer is elected as it should. I have followed guidelines form Cisco docs and here on the forum.

Routing works as I am able to oing CUE and also open its gui on my PC

Any idea?

One thing on the phones I have configured dtmf-relay rtp-nte

on the voicemail dial peer is dtmf-relay sip-notify..

Any thoughts is precious

Share the complete call flow and debugs of VG, Also check the licensing status of your CUE.
