If your analog phone has a display/screen and it doesn’t display any number your telco is not sending you caller ID. You need to work with your telco to get them to send this information. Only after you’re sure that you receive this from them you can expect to see it through your router.

Try with setting the appropriate cptone under the voice port(s) to match the country where you're deploying your gateway and make sure that your telco is actually sending caller id information.

Do you get any caller ID if you connect a regular analog phone to the circuit and make a call? If you don’t your telco is not sending you any caller ID.

The analog phone I have does not display numbers on its screen.
I tried to see the problem with the telephone provider (MAURITEL), but they do not know.
In Mauritania there is only one company (MAURITEL) with the wired telephone network, it has the monopoly.
Infact it is a Moroccan company.

It seems that the investigation with MAURITEL will take time, in this case I want to consider that the problem is solved on your part, thank you very much.

1- Try to test if caller ID service is enabled or not by using an analog phone that has screen and supports caller ID.
2- run debug VPM signal on your router, and check caller id logs related.
3- run debug CCSIP messages to make sure that voice gateway sends the caller ID inside update SIP message 102
4- provide output of show run all | sec voice-port 0/0/0
