Where is the internal extension call transfer feature in CUCM7?
I have books on configuring CUCM7 but cannot for the life of me find out how to add the button identifier that say "Transfer" to a softkey on my 7912 phone in CUCM7. I want to transfer internal extenstions to others but can find where to confiure this. It was a normal, easy thing to configure in CME. There is a button that says "Transfer All", but I want to do live tranfers.
