I have encouter this issues on the Cisco prime from the customer. Need help to troubleshoot this collection failure issues. Althought is a small issues but customer need verification.

The Nexus 9504 is on the Prime Infrastructure 3.1 compatibility matrix (even without any device packs applied) and there are no published bugs on that device.
Assuming you have done credential verification successfully, I would go ahead an open a TAC case on the issue.
