ip flow problem

I am trying to fetch data on netflow analyzer 9 by Cisco router 2911. But netflow is unable to show any data. Kindly help

0 export packets were sent up to process level

The packet could not be processed by CEF or by fast switching, possibly because another feature requires running on the packet.

Did you enable CEF?

yes ip cef is enabled

Try configuring ip route-cache cef for the interface.
