SVIs and Spanning Tree

Topology:

SVI.PNG

Question Regarding Spanning Tree and SVIs on a Full Mesh Metro E/ EoMPLS setup.

1. What will be the issues if spanning tree is filtered on the spokes (10.10.5.2 and 10.10.6.2), as primary communication would be via IGP routing thru the use of SVIs

2.  Is the topology susceptible to L2 floods if the switch is acting as a router via an SVI?

as per the diagram, i do not see any L2 Loops here. Hub always needs to be the spanning-tree root and IGP for  DR router. Spoke need to be listener all time.
