Switching From Class C Network to Class B Network

Dear All,
We are thinking of Switching from Class C network to Class B Network, we wish to create 3 VLANs one for Workstations including our wireless network for in house Employees one for R&D and another One for Guest Network, Is it possible to set this up can anybody explain me the setup and configuration required in the network switch and access points or any thing that is required to configure in firewall

we sure can, but by the looks of it you dont have a large network. so why the considration going to a class B?
seentially what you need to do, is draw up and what you want to replace it with say, 192.168.100, 192.168.101 etc or whatever you want to change it into

How many devices you will connect on each vlan?
Who will be the gateway of network (firewall, router or switch L3).
