Hi Afrahmad
after i re-installed it, the tomcat servlet engine service cannot start, it shows
"The Ciscoworks Tomcat servlet engine service on local computer started and then stopped".
I've try restart daemon manager but still same problem.
Really appreciate for any advice.

Did you installed LMS after login to the server as "local Administrator" ?
I can see below errors ::
ERROR: Failed to open C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\databases\ipm\orig\odbc.tmpl ERROR: Failed to open C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\databases\ipm\orig\odbc.tmpl ERROR: Failed to authenticate [ipm] database. ERROR: Failed to open C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\databases\rmeng\orig\odbc.tmpl ERROR: Failed to open C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\databases\rmeng\orig\odbc.tmpl ERROR: Failed to authenticate [rmeng] database.
doesn't seems to be a clean Install.

I would suggest to Re-installed it..
Follow below recommedations during the installation
- You should be logged in as a LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR account.
- Only the Essential windows program and services should be checked on the Server for DEP. See the below Image:
Attached
- Have the TEMP and TMP variables set with a short length. It is required because the normal default variables sometimes exceeds 32bit character length and have the installed hampered which uses command prompt at the background to invoke various tasks (they should be made sort such as C:\WINDOWS\TEMP and C:\WINDOWS\TMP):
Attached
- Please have almost all the 3rd party software’s services disabled till the time updates/install is in progress, specially Avti-Virus programs.

Hi Manao,
try to re-registered the Apache as below::
To Unregistered::
pdreg -u Apache
to registered :
C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin>pdreg -r Apache -e "C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin\Apache.exe" -f "-d C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache -D SSL" -d TomcatMonitor ( one command)
Assuming C:\Progra~2 is the NMSROOT
To veify the registraion ( you can run the below command before you register as well to compare) :
C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin>pdreg -l Apache
Process = Apache
Path = C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin\Apache.exe
Flags = -d C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache -D SSL
Startup = y
Dependencies = Tomcat
if above does not work, share the below info:
sreen shot of LMS services from "services.msc" window
installtion logs
Thanks-
