We are receiving the error 3221225761 "Cannot delete" when ever Cisco Secure Endpoint tries to quarantine a file in the Mac /Library/Mail/ directory on a users device. This is where most of our alerts come from so it is making it difficult if not impossible to resolve a majority of our incidents involving Mac devices.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Any suggestions on what could be causing this or possible solutions?
